Advising a member of the company’s management board
Representing a member of the company’s management board in a dispute with his former employer, a major company from the construction materials sector, over damages for a breach of the non-competition clause.
Advising a municipal company
Representing a municipal company (public transport) in labor disputes, including disputes under collective labor contracts.
Advising general contractors of construction projects
Representing creditors, the general contractors of construction projects, in bankruptcy proceedings pending against their subcontractors.
Advising a foundation
Representing a foundation in a dispute with the bank financing its investment project. Our Law Firm’s activities led to the rescission of the attachment of the foundation’s bank account where the EU assistance funds were kept. Following the referral of the legal issue to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court shared our Law Firm’s position on the inadmissibility of the attachment questioned by our Law Firm (Supreme Court’s Resolution dated February 26, 2015, file No. III CZP 104/14).
Advising a bank
Representing a bank in the enforcement proceedings aimed at taking over the financial instruments of the debtor, i.e., the borrower. The value of the assets being taken over: more than PLN 20 million. The case ended with the bank’s effective takeover of the ownership of the financial instruments.
Advising a company from the financial services sector
Representing a company from the financial services sector in a litigation over payment where the value of claims pursued from the company exceeded PLN 1 million.
Advising the Piaseczno council
Representing the Piaseczno council in its dispute with a developer in connection with a development project.
